How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Most items in this store are produced on demand. You should expect to receive your order within 10-14 business Days. If the product you ordered is not available for production and delivery within 10-14 Business days, you will be contacted and provided with an estimated delivery date. Expedited production is available in some cases. If you need your order quicker than 10-14 Business Days, please contact customer service cs@363green.com. Additional cost may be incurred for expedited production.
How much does shipping cost?
There’s a $7.95 flat shipping fee for standard shipping.
Is the clothing machine washable?
Yes. Follow the directions on the product label.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay with Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or American Express. Partner Marketing will be listed on your credit card statement as the store for your order.
How do I cancel my order?
Since orders are produced on demand it is unlikely your order will be able to be cancelled. If you need to cancel your order, please contact customer service. If production has not begun, then we may be able to cancel your order.
How do I return or exchange a product I ordered?
Since the items featured on this store are produced on demand items are not available for return or exchange. In the event the item you received does not match the item you ordered or is defective please contact customer service. cs@363green.com.
No returns or exchanges will be considered after 30 days of receipt.

Unless otherwise noted in the product description, garments run true to size. Feel free to order the size you normally wear.
